About The Position

A Natural Grocers Good4U Crew Member is an entry-level, multifaceted position supporting customer service, store operations, and the company’s mission to promote health and wellbeing. Duties may include stocking, greeting customers, cashiering, supporting various departments, promoting special events and the Nutrient to Know About program, and learning about products and nutrition. Crew Members are expected to be ready to assist with tasks needed to support the team.

Requirements

Strong people skills.
Retail experience.
Cashiering skills and money-handling ability.
Ability to pass food safety training courses and/or certifications.
Attention to detail.
Ability to manage changing priorities.
Sense of urgency in completing tasks.
