About The Position
A Natural Grocers Good4U Crew Member helps create a store environment where food quality, affordability, health, and customer care matter. This multifaceted entry-level position includes stocking, greeting customers, cashiering, promoting special events, and supporting the Nutrient to Know About program. Crew Members share the company’s enthusiasm for helping people and the environment, and for learning about and discussing nutrition. Crew Members are expected to be ready to assist wherever needed to support the team, and assigned duties may change without notice. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. The position offers $15.00 per hour. Requirements
- Strong people skills.
- Retail experience.
- Cashiering skills and money-handling ability.
- Ability to pass food safety training courses and/or certifications.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to manage changing priorities.
- Sense of urgency in completing tasks.
- Ability to take direction and follow through.
- Ability to meet the stated physical requirements, including lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and other movement demands.
