About The Position

As the Cashier at Angry Chickz, you are the first point of contact for customers and help shape their dining experience by welcoming them, guiding them through the menu, and ensuring swift and accurate transactions. The role includes taking orders, handling payments, addressing customer concerns, and supporting front-of-house operations. Cashiers wear the Angry Chickz uniform and safety-department-required non-slip shoes.

Requirements

• Wear the Angry Chickz uniform and non-slip shoes required by the safety department.

Nice To Haves

• Prior cashier or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to read or speak Spanish is helpful but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers and provide menu details or promotional information.
• Accurately take orders and communicate special requests or dietary needs to the kitchen team.
• Handle cash and card transactions, account for cash, and balance registers at the end of the shift.
• Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front counter area.
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to support seamless operations and a positive customer experience.
• Bag and wrap to-go orders.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
