Cashier - Concord - Full Time
About The Position
The Cashier provides friendly, efficient customer service at the register by ringing sales, handling payments, bagging merchandise, and thanking customers. The role also supports store operations by stocking and organizing the sales floor, maintaining clean and safe shopping and work areas, greeting donors and accepting donations, and assisting with donation door, sorting, and hanger tasks. The Cashier reports safety, security, or theft concerns to store management and performs other duties as assigned. Responsibilities
- Provide customer service at the register, ring sales, handle payments, bag merchandise, and thank customers.
- Stock and organize the sales floor by moving clothing from the backroom, merchandising it by type and color, and keeping racks tidy and rotated.
- Maintain clean and safe dressing rooms, shopping areas, and work areas.
- Greet donors, accept donations, and issue receipts.
- Support donation door operations and perform sorting and hanger tasks as needed.
- Report safety, security, or theft concerns to store management.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.
