About The Position

As the Cashier at Angry Chickz, you are the first point of contact for customers and play a pivotal role in shaping their dining experience. You welcome customers, guide them through the menu, and ensure swift, accurate transactions. The role also involves supporting front-counter cleanliness and organization, bagging and wrapping to-go orders, and collaborating with the FOH team to provide seamless operations and a positive customer experience.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers and provide menu details or promotional information.
• Accurately take orders and communicate special requests or dietary needs to the kitchen team.
• Handle cash and card transactions, account for cash, and balance registers at the end of the shift.
• Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front counter area.
• Collaborate with the FOH team to support seamless operations and a positive customer experience.
• Bag and wrap to-go orders.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
