About The Position
The Cashier processes sales quickly, accurately, and efficiently while providing quality customer service and safeguarding company assets. The role is part of a team that values integrity, respect, and collaboration and supports service to customers and the community. The position involves handling customer transactions, memorizing and updating PLU codes, identifying merchandise that does not scan, bagging groceries, and assisting with shelving, stocking, and dusting as needed. Other duties may be assigned by management. The work environment is typical of an office and retail store, with noise levels ranging from quiet to loud. The role regularly involves sitting, standing, and using the hands to handle objects, tools, or controls; it also requires close vision and the ability to adjust focus. The employee must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Some requirements may be modified to accommodate individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities
