Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
High School Diploma of GED equivalent
Six months experience in food or customer service field with cash handling preferred
Read, write legibly, understand and speak English
Excellent customer service/communication skills
Count money and change correctly
Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy.
Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues
Able to be on feet for entire shift
Able to tolerate noise and bright lights
Able to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment
Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces

Responsibilities

Interacts with guests and co-workers in a helpful, positive, upbeat, and professional manner while taking food/beverage orders, expediting, and accepting payment through cash, credit, check and comps, delivery of order to guests, and bussing and cleaning of dining area.
Responsible for the monitoring and replenishing of all food products in work area by stocking counters and displays in a neat, accurate and timely fashion.
Ensures work area is neat, clean and sanitized before throughout shift by wiping counter areas, beverage stations, sinks, and floors as required to maintain a clean and safe workstation.
Ensures and monitors rotation and quality of product for appearance and safe holding temperature and proper storage of prepared foods under refrigeration with product, date and proper storage containers to minimize waste and spoilage and ensure quality attractiveness.
Partners with culinary team to work as a team to ensure coordinated workflow during shift to meet business demands and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintains all equipment in proper fashion such as Ice cream machines, Blenders, micros station, etc.
Accountable for meeting or exceeding all State and Company sanitation requirements (ServSafe).
Adheres to regulatory, safety, departmental and company policies.
Supports safety and accident prevention programs (nonslip footwear, proper lifting).
Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
Adhere to all gaming laws and regulations.
Expedited and deliver food to the guests.
Pour draft, mixes alcohol shakes and servers bottles beer.
Understands Wahlburgers culture and does whatever it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience.
Develops raving fans and loyal guests through memorable service that keeps them coming back.
Answers the phones, greets guests for takeout, receives online orders.
Makes food and drink recommendations to guests and answers all menu and service-related questions.
Follows company policy in handling guest allergies/intolerances, ensuring our guests receive "safe" meals.
Properly rings in all items served to the guest.
Handles guests' complaints by listening to their concerns, always informing a manager, and resolving issues to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
Thanks guests as they leave and invite them to return to Wahlburgers again.
Demonstrates a helpful, positive attitude at all times to guests and team members.
Completes all assigned tasks and duties assigned by managers/supervisors.
Follows proper cash out/check out procedures before leaving at the end of a shift.
Assists fellow team members as needed to ensure our guests receive the highest standard in food, beverage, and hospitality.
Maintains all equipment in proper fashion such as milkshake machine, Blenders, micros station, etc.
Supports safety and accident prevention programs (nonslip footwear, proper lifting).
Adhere to all gaming laws and regulations.
Retrieves cases of beer and liquor from refrigerator and carries them behind the bar to maintain sufficient levels of merchandise.
Maintains dining room, wait area and cleans as needed, and reports any unsafe conditions to maintain safety and sanitation standards.
Understand of Wahlburgers story and Merchandise.
Assist in operation of other food and beverage venues as needed.
