Cashier - Earth Fare Columbia
About The Position
Earth Fare Cashiers help customers have a fulfilling store visit by answering questions, meeting shopping needs, and creating a welcoming atmosphere consistent with Earth Fare’s mission of helping people live healthy lives. The role manages customer flow through quick, efficient, and accurate transactions; collaborates with team members and managers across departments to provide helpful service; and maintains a clean, attractive checkout area and nearby merchandising and service areas. The position is part-time in Columbia, South Carolina, with any shift. The work takes place in a fast-paced customer-service environment and may involve extreme cold and physically demanding tasks.
Requirements
- Customer service experience or previous cash-handling experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and squat.
- Ability to push, pull, and maneuver heavy loads.
- Ability to stand and remain on one's feet during the workday.
