About The Position

Earth Fare Cashiers help create a welcoming customer experience by providing quick, efficient, and accurate transactions. They support the store’s mission of helping people live healthy lives by ensuring customers receive attentive service and answers to their questions. Cashiers collaborate with team members and managers across departments and maintain a clean, attractive front-end area, including their station and nearby merchandising and service areas. The role takes place in a fast-paced, customer-service-focused environment and may involve exposure to extreme cold. Physical duties include lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, squatting, pushing, pulling, maneuvering heavy loads, and standing throughout the workday.

Requirements

Customer service experience or previous cash-handling experience is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and squat.
Ability to push, pull, and maneuver heavy loads.
Ability to stand and be on one's feet during the workday.
