About The Position

As a Cashier at Far West Restaurant Group, you’ll be the first and last impression for every guest. You’ll take orders, provide friendly service, and help create an exceptional Wingstop experience. The role involves completing required training and certifications and continuing to learn and grow. The company supports career growth, including opportunities to advance into Shift Leader, Assistant Manager, General Manager, and other roles.

Requirements

• Positive attitude.
• Friendly and dependable.
• Food Handler Certification.
• Reliable attendance.
• Enjoy helping people, work well with others, stay positive under pressure, pay attention to details, and show up ready for work.
• Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and bend, reach, and move throughout the restaurant.

• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Able to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with a smile.
• Take guest orders in person and over the phone.
• Recommend menu items and promotions.
• Process payments accurately.
• Verify order accuracy before serving guests.
• Keep guest contact areas clean, including the counter, dining area, lobby, and restroom.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Work as a team to deliver great service.
• Support other team members as needed.
• Successfully complete all required training.
• Pass required certifications.
• Continue learning and growing.
