About The Position

A Natural Grocers Good4U Crew Member helps provide a welcoming customer experience while supporting the company’s focus on food quality, affordability, health, nutrition, and the environment. This multifaceted, entry-level position includes greeting customers, cashiering, stocking, supporting different departments, promoting special events and company initiatives, and learning about products and nutrition. Crew Members are expected to be ready to assist the team with assigned tasks and changing needs. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

Strong people skills.
Retail experience.
Cashiering skills and money-handling ability.
Ability to pass food safety training courses and/or certifications.
Attention to detail.
Ability to manage changing priorities.

Willingness to tackle all tasks assigned.

Responsibilities

Provide world-class customer service.
Perform cashiering duties, including handling money.
Provide support in various departments, including stocking and greeting customers.
