About The Position

This is an unpaid internship position for Fall 2026, located in Tiffin, OH. The Caseworker Intern will gain direct exposure to case management and client services, develop professional skills in assessment, planning, and referral processes, and learn from experienced staff in the field of community corrections and behavioral health. Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program (Social Work, Criminal Justice, Psychology, Human Services, or related field preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff and clients.
• Professionalism, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, modification, and monitoring of individual client programming.
• Act as a liaison with referral sources to support client progress.
• Support appropriate community referrals and connections for clients.
• Assist in developing assessment-based case plans.
• Monitor client compliance with program rules and expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support case management staff.
