Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and one year of experience preferred OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Have the ability to establish a HIPAA compliant home office
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Must pass drug screening and state and federal background checks

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in behavioral health, human services, case management, or residential care settings
  • Experience working with adolescents and families

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate medical care and treatment services for youth in care
  • Maintain medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Schedule and coordinate routine, specialty, psychiatric, and follow-up appointments
  • Assist with transportation to medical appointments as needed
  • Monitor medication administration and complete weekly medication counts
  • Train staff in medication administration, CPR, and First Aid procedures
  • Communicate medical updates and treatment information with parents, guardians, providers, and treatment team members
  • Collaborate closely with clinicians, direct care staff, families, and community partners to support positive outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and electronic records
  • Assist with program operations and provide support coverage when necessary
  • Support quality care initiatives and contribute to overall program success
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
