About The Position

TFI Family Services is seeking a full-time Case Manager to join its Permanency team. The role focuses on helping children and families thrive and supporting safe, loving homes. The average hourly rate is $24.43, including wages, incentives, bonuses, overtime, and shift differential.

The Case Manager helps families build skills, connects them with community resources, develops personalized plans to support children's growth, and advocates for improved family environments. The role is part of a team focused on strengthening families and making a positive impact.

Applicants are asked to complete a Predictive Index assessment, which takes 5–7 minutes and has no right or wrong answers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in child placement.
• A compassionate approach and interest in working with children and families.
• Belief in building on strengths.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and advocate for people who need support.
• Complete the Predictive Index assessment.

Responsibilities

• Help families build skills such as emotional regulation, conflict resolution, and healthy communication.
• Connect families to community resources.
• Develop personalized plans to support children's growth.
• Advocate for improvements in family environments.
• Work collaboratively with the Permanency team.
