About The Position

TFI Family Services is hiring a full-time Case Manager for its Permanency team. The role focuses on helping children and families thrive and supporting safe, loving homes. The average hourly rate is $24.43, including wages, incentives, bonuses, overtime, and shift differential. The position works with families to build skills, connect them to community resources, and develop personalized plans that support children's growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in child placement.
• Complete a Predictive Index assessment; it takes approximately 5–7 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Help families build skills such as emotional regulation, conflict resolution, and healthy communication.
• Connect families to community resources.
• Develop personalized plans to support children's growth.
• Advocate for improvements in family environments.
• Work with a team focused on making a positive impact.
