The Case Manager plays a key role in engaging and supporting youth through program enrollment, individualized coaching, regular check-ins, activity planning, workshop facilitation, advocacy, and referrals to community resources. Programming focuses on academic exploration, career planning, life skills, professional development, and community engagement. Working closely with the Program Manager and other program staff, the Case Manager will help ensure youth have access to essential resources and services while creating opportunities to build meaningful connections, strengthen socioemotional skills, and develop the tools needed for lifelong learning and success. This position requires a strong commitment to youth development and the ability to inspire and empower young people. This full-time position is 40 hours per week, with four days on-site and one day of virtual work available after a successful 60-day performance review.
