About The Position
SAGE Counseling is hiring full-time Case Managers in the Phoenix Valley, including the East Valley, West Valley, and Central Phoenix. Case Managers provide services that support SAGE clients, including maintaining contact through video and/or phone, providing community resources, and supporting clients’ treatment and growth. The position works mostly in SAGE offices, with the possibility of remote work as available. SAGE issues all equipment needed to provide Case Management services. The schedule is Monday through Friday, and pay is up to $25.25 per hour.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health-related field.
- At least 2 years of direct work experience working or volunteering in a helping profession.
- Reliable transportation.
