About The Position

JB Brown Criminal Trial Practice, a high-performing criminal defense firm known as The People’s Defender, is seeking a Case Coordinator. This role is for a driven, persuasive, and emotionally intelligent sales professional who will guide prospective clients through the decision to hire the firm. The firm combines strategic trial skill with a client-centered approach rooted in trust, urgency, and clear communication.

• Comfortable discussing fees and guiding people into payment decisions

• Experience in persuasion-heavy, emotionally charged, or urgency-based sales environments
• Experience in Rehab admissions / treatment center intake
• Experience in Car sales, finance managers, desk managers, or closers
• Experience in High-ticket phone sales or call-center sales roles
• Experience in Insurance sales
• Experience in Bail bonds intake
• Experience in Collections or payment negotiation roles
• Any role requiring confident conversations about pricing, urgency, and objection handling

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth phone consultations to understand legal needs, explain next steps, and communicate the firm’s value.
• Maintain timely follow-up using CRM systems to maximize conversion rates.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure a seamless handoff once a client retains our services.
• Track metrics and maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes.
• Provide a high level of empathy, professionalism, and clarity during stressful and emotional client situations.

Benefits

• Base hourly rate plus commission
• Typical earnings range from $60,000–$75,000 annually, with the opportunity to exceed this range as commission scales uncapped with performance.
