The Oregon Youth Authority (OYA) is seeking a collaborative and motivated Youth Corrections Youth Coordinator – Case Coordinator at the Oak Creek Youth Correctional Facility to support the leadership and daily operations of a residential living unit while promoting a culture grounded in Positive Human Development. This position assists the Living Unit Manager (LUM) with staff leadership, operational coordination, and fostering a safe, structured, and supportive environment for youth and staff. As a key member of the unit leadership team, this role is responsible for youth case management duties, including creating and maintaining JJIS Case Plans, coordinating and facilitating multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings, and ensuring youth engagement in treatment programming in collaboration with the living unit QMHP and LUM. The Case Coordinator helps implement processes, structures, and work schedules that support staff engagement and effective unit operations and may provide direction in the absence of the LUM. We are looking for candidates with strong communication and leadership skills who can effectively share pertinent information verbally and in writing, build positive working relationships, and support both youth and staff development. Experience with MDT facilitation, case planning, and JJIS is highly valued.
