About The Position
As a member of the Front End Customer Service Team, you will help customers end their shopping trips with a positive experience. You will provide friendly customer service, carefully handle bagged items, and help keep the parking lot clear and safe. You will make a positive impression and help turn first-time shoppers into loyal Wegmans customers.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the appearance and safety of the parking lot.
- Gather shopping carts and pick up garbage.
- Engage customers in friendly conversation while making eye contact and smiling.
- Proactively offer customers additional assistance or services and thank them for shopping at Wegmans.
- Offer additional service during inclement weather.
