About The Position

The Carrier Manager (CM) activates trucking organizations onto the REPOWR platform and builds relationships that turn newly contracted carriers into active, repeat participants. The CM works closely with account management, internal operations, and the Director of Customer Success to align carrier activation and retention with supply availability and marketplace priorities. The role includes guiding carriers through platform use, addressing operational questions and obstacles, monitoring engagement and booking patterns, and pursuing opportunities to increase reservations.
