About The Position

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Cargo Technician to stage outgoing equipment orders for truck loading as directed by dispatch. The role supports drivers and customers with equipment loading, unloading, and refueling, and helps keep the returned-equipment area and yard organized. The position also assists with customer pickups and completing customer return tickets. The job may include other tasks as directed by the PCM. The work can involve unusual and sometimes long hours, physical activity, and working indoors or outdoors as required.

Requirements

• Demonstrate adequate time-management and organizational skills.
• Be able to work unusual and sometimes long hours.
• Be able to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Be able to bend, stoop, squat, reach, crouch, and kneel.
• Be able to work indoors or outdoors when required.

Responsibilities

• Stage outgoing equipment orders for truck loading as directed by dispatch.
• Assist drivers with unloading and loading equipment.
• Assist drivers with equipment refueling.
• Keep the returned-equipment area organized.
• Assist in staging customer pickups.
• Assist customers with loading and unloading equipment.
• Properly complete customer return tickets.
• Help maintain a neat and organized yard.
• Perform other tasks as directed by the PCM.
