About The Position

Cambrian Homecare, LLC is hiring caregivers to provide one-on-one care to children or adults with developmental disabilities in their homes. Caregivers help keep clients safe, support behavioral activities, assist with daily routines and provide personal care as needed. The role offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, a supportive office team available 24/7, employee recognition, a referral bonus, and a $200 sign-on bonus. The hourly pay rate is $19.00.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have at least 6 months of verifiable professional experience in the field.
• Must be able to pass a background check and reference check.
• Must have a current TB test, physical, CPR certification, and First Aid certification; these must be valid within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Engage and supervise the client to ensure safety.
• Assist with behavioral activities.
• Help with chores and homework, and maintain the client or family's routine.
• Provide before- and after-school care.
• Provide hygiene care as needed.
• Be comfortable providing different levels of personal care.
