About The Position

Always Best Care–Atlanta is seeking dependable, compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes across Conyers, Covington, Decatur, Loganville, and Monroe, Georgia. Weekend assignments may vary in schedule and care needs and include helping clients maintain comfort, safety, dignity, and independence. The role may suit applicants seeking extra hours or a regular weekend assignment.

Requirements

• Current, unexpired CPR and First Aid certification.
• Clear TB test result dated within the past year.
• Dependability, patience, and professionalism.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow care instructions and work independently.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide mobility and transfer assistance as needed.
• Offer companionship and support with daily routines.
• Follow the established care plan and safe caregiving practices.
• Observe and report changes in client condition or care needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with office staff.
• Provide reliable, professional care during assigned weekend shifts.
