About The Position

Right at Home SLC is hiring part-time weekday caregivers to support seniors and adults with disabilities in remaining safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. The role is scheduled Monday through Friday and offers flexible, rewarding work opportunities. Caregivers may provide companionship, help with personal hygiene and mobility, prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, transport clients to appointments, give medication reminders, and offer compassionate daily support. The franchise is independently owned and operated; applications and hiring decisions are handled by the franchisee.

Requirements

Must be 18 or older.
Valid driver's license and a car.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Must be able to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

Experience with dementia or behavioral care.
Familiarity with Hoyer lifts and gait belts.

Responsibilities

Provide companionship to clients.
Assist clients with personal hygiene and mobility.
Prepare meals.
Perform light housekeeping.
Transport clients to appointments.
Provide medication reminders.
Offer compassionate support to help clients thrive each day.

Benefits

Competitive pay of $17.00–$18.25 per hour, based on experience, CNA status, or Dementia Certification; minimum $27.50 per shift.
Training/GUIDE respite rate of $17.00 per hour.
Raises after 60 days and annual reviews.
Bonus after 60 days for employees working 20 or more hours per week and completing required documents.
Mileage reimbursement between client visits.
