About The Position

Right at Home is seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to support seniors and vulnerable adults in living safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes. The role serves clients throughout the Rogue Valley, including Medford, Ashland, Jacksonville, Eagle Point, White City, Central Point, Phoenix, and Talent. Caregivers provide personal care, companionship, household assistance, medication reminders, mobility and transportation assistance, and help maintain a safe home environment. They follow individual care plans, record daily care notes using a mobile app, and communicate with the office team. Paid training and ongoing support are provided. This is a part-time position in Medford, Oregon, paying $19–$22 per hour.

Requirements

Successfully pass a background check.
Have reliable transportation and a valid ID.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Be able to read, write, and speak English.
Demonstrate compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

Previous caregiving, CNA, PCA, HHA, or companion care experience is welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Build relationships through companionship, conversation, and emotional support.
Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
Provide medication reminders.
Assist with mobility and transportation.
Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive home environment.
Follow individual care plans and accurately document daily care notes using a mobile app.
Communicate effectively with the office team.
