About The Position

Right at Home SLC is hiring part-time weekday caregivers to help seniors and adults with disabilities remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. The role offers meaningful, flexible work and is scheduled Monday through Friday.

Caregivers provide companionship and assistance with personal hygiene and mobility, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transportation to appointments, and medication reminders. They also offer compassionate support to help clients thrive each day.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older.
• Valid driver's license and car.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with dementia or behavioral care.
• Familiarity with hoyer lifts and gait belts.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to clients.
• Assist clients with personal hygiene and mobility.
• Prepare meals.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Transport clients to appointments.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Offer compassionate support to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Benefits

• Competitive pay of $17.00–$18.25 per hour, based on experience, CNA, or Dementia Certification.
• Minimum $27.50 per shift.
• Training/GUIDE Respite Rate of $17.00 per hour.
• Raises after 60 days and annual reviews.
