About The Position

Amada Senior Care is hiring caregivers in Woodville, Texas, and surrounding areas. Caregivers provide compassionate, non-medical care and companionship tailored to clients’ individual needs, helping seniors and veterans remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. Part-time and full-time opportunities are available, including weekend and overnight shifts. The role offers flexible scheduling and competitive pay based on experience.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of caregiving experience.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within a 25-mile radius of Woodville, Texas.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism.

• Experience with Hoyer lifts and gait belts.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Provide transportation to appointments and errands.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Encourage client independence and engagement.
