About The Position

Right at Home SLC is seeking caring, dependable caregivers to provide compassionate one-on-one in-home care to seniors and adults with disabilities, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent. The role offers part-time opportunities on weekdays and weekends. Caregivers support clients’ well-being through companionship, practical assistance, and meaningful personal connections.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and access to a car.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with dementia or behavioral care.
• Familiarity with Hoyer lifts and gait belts.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist clients with hygiene and mobility.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Provide transportation to appointments or outings.
• Give medication reminders.
• Build meaningful connections that foster clients’ well-being.

Benefits

• Competitive pay of $17.00–$18.25 per hour, based on experience, CNA, or Dementia Certification.
• Minimum $27.50 per shift.
• Training/GUIDE Respite Rate of $17.00 per hour.
• Raises after 60 days and annual reviews.
• Bonus after 60 days for employees working 20 or more hours per week who complete required documents.
