About The Position

Right at Home SLC is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care that helps seniors and adults with disabilities remain safe, comfortable, and independent. Part-time opportunities are available on weekdays and weekends. The role focuses on supporting clients’ daily needs, emotional well-being, and independence through personal assistance and meaningful connection.

Requirements

Must be 18 or older.
Valid driver's license and a car.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Must be able to pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

Experience with dementia or behavioral care.
Familiarity with Hoyer lifts and gait belts.

Responsibilities

Offer companionship and emotional support.
Assist clients with hygiene and mobility.
Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
Provide transportation to appointments or outings.
Give medication reminders.
Build meaningful connections that foster clients’ well-being.

Benefits

Competitive pay of $17.00–$18.25 per hour, based on experience, CNA, or Dementia Certification; minimum $27.50 per shift.
Training/GUIDE Respite rate of $17.00 per hour.
Raises after 60 days and annual reviews.
Generous bonus after 60 days for employees working 20 or more hours per week who complete required documents.
