About The Position

Right at Home Spokane, a family-owned and award-winning in-home care agency, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Caregivers for full-time and part-time positions in Spokane County. Caregivers provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and quality of life. The agency offers training, support, and flexible scheduling for experienced caregivers and people starting a caregiving career.

Requirements

• Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Pass a written competency evaluation, drug screen, and nationwide background check.
• Be honest, dependable, energetic, and caring, with a passion for helping others.

Nice To Haves

• Certified Health Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance.
• Help clients maintain independence and quality of life in their homes.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, and companionship.
• Support clients with daily living activities and mobility needs.
• Work one-on-one with clients in a safe and comfortable home environment.
