About The Position
Pleasant Point Senior Living is seeking First Shift Caregivers to support residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health. The Caregiver encourages resident independence, supports resident choice, and preserves resident dignity through professional conduct and interactions. The role calls for a positive customer-service attitude, personal initiative, reliable attendance, thoughtful and timely communication, and the ability to maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information. Caregivers participate in designated facility in-services and help new staff learn job tasks and responsibilities. Applicants should present a neat, clean appearance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- CBRF Certified.
- Meet age requirements according to facility policy and state regulations.
Nice To Haves
- Prior direct care experience.
- Current CPR certification.
Responsibilities
- Support residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health.

- Complete work with personal initiative and without constant supervision.
- Attend work as scheduled and address work-related problems with the proper individuals.
- Listen carefully, respond thoughtfully, and report information accurately and promptly to appropriate people.
- Maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information.
- Participate in designated facility in-services.
- Help new staff learn job tasks and responsibilities.
- Maintain a neat, clean appearance.
