About The Position
Exhava Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable, experienced caregivers to provide high-quality in-home care to clients, including older adults. Caregivers help ensure client safety, provide companionship, and assist with personal care and daily routines. The agency offers ongoing guidance, training, and support.
Requirements
- Previous caregiving experience is preferred.
- Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration.
- Current TB test result or chest X-ray documentation.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver's license and active auto insurance.
- Availability to work weekends.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with morning and evening routines.
- Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing.
- Assist with mobility and incontinence care.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Monitor client safety and comfort.
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
- Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment.
- Document care activities and report concerns or changes to the care team.
- Follow individualized care plans while promoting client dignity and independence.
