About The Position

Visiting Angels is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers in Philadelphia to support clients with personal care, companionship, and daily activities. Caregivers help clients feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while following each client’s care plan and communicating changes to the office or family. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with flexible scheduling across day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Applicants must provide proof of vaccination.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional caregiving experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable vehicle and reliable transportation.
• Recent TB test or willingness to complete required testing.
• Ability to provide proof of vaccination.
• Reliable, patient, and compassionate; treats clients with kindness and respect.

Nice To Haves

• CNA, HHA, PCA, or home-care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Spend time with clients and provide companionship.
• Help clients with bathing, dressing, and personal care.
• Support clients with walking and daily activities.
• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders.
• Help with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Assist with errands when needed.
• Follow the client’s care plan.
• Keep the office or family updated on any changes.
• Help clients feel safe, comfortable, and cared for.
