About The Position

Loving Homecare is hiring caregivers to help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. The role provides one-on-one care and companionship, assists with daily activities, and supports clients according to individualized care plans. Full-time and part-time scheduling options are available based on client needs and available shifts. Weekend availability is required to qualify for the hiring bonus.

Requirements

• At least one year of caregiving experience; family caregiving, volunteer experience, and classroom training are also considered.
• Current Home Care Aide (HCA) registration, or willingness to complete the registration process with the company's guidance.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to travel between client homes.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Weekend availability to qualify for the hiring bonus.
• Ability to assist clients with mobility and transfers, push wheelchairs or medical equipment, and stand, bend, kneel, and reach throughout a shift.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care and companionship.
• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Observe changes in clients' conditions and communicate updates to the care team.
• Support seniors with memory loss through meaningful activities and companionship.
• Follow individualized care plans to promote safety and independence.

• Pay of $20.00–$22.50 per hour on weekdays, with weekend premium pay bringing rates up to $24.50 per hour.
