About The Position

Loving Homecare is hiring caregivers to help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Caregivers provide one-on-one care and companionship, assist with daily activities, and support clients according to individualized care plans. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available based on client needs and available shifts. Weekend availability is required to qualify for the hiring bonus.

Requirements

• At least one year of caregiving experience; family caregiving, volunteer experience, and classroom training are also considered.
• Current Home Care Aide (HCA) registration, or willingness to complete the registration process with guidance.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to travel between client homes.
• Valid driver’s license and a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Weekend availability to qualify for the hiring bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care and companionship.
• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Observe changes in clients’ conditions and communicate updates to the care team.
• Support seniors with memory loss through meaningful activities and companionship.
• Follow individualized care plans to promote safety and independence.

• Weekday pay of $20.00–$22.50 per hour, with weekend premium pay bringing rates up to $24.50 per hour.
