About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking dependable, compassionate Caregivers and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide non-medical in-home care to seniors and individuals who need help with daily living activities in Hudson, New Hampshire, and surrounding areas. The role supports clients in maintaining independence and dignity in the comfort of their homes. Full-time, part-time, and mother's-hours schedules are available, with day, evening, overnight, weekend, and live-in options mentioned.

Requirements

• Have a compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Be able to work independently in a client's home.
• Be able to pass a background screening.
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving, PCA, HHA, or LNA experience.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Support client mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Remind clients to take medications.
• Accompany clients to appointments or errands as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with office staff.
