About The Position
Exhava Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable, and caring individuals to provide personal care and daily support to clients in their homes. Caregivers help clients remain safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible by providing support tailored to each client's individual needs and care plan. Requirements
- Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration.
- Current TB test result or chest X-ray, as required by applicable regulations.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid driver's license and active auto insurance.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living.
- Prepare meals, assist with feeding when needed, and provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan.
- Provide companionship, conversation, and engaging activities.
- Provide patient, respectful guidance and reassurance when needed.
- Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for clients.
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organized living environment.
