About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring caregivers, including CNAs, HHAs, and homemakers, to provide care to elderly and disabled clients in their homes in Sterling and surrounding areas. Caregivers support clients with day-to-day activities and provide companionship. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, including short shifts, and caregivers can choose the clients and hours that work for them. Applicants at all skill levels are welcome; no prior experience is required, and training is provided. Free HHA training and certification are available. The employer advertises daily pay and says applicants may be able to start as soon as the following week.

Requirements

• Be patient, friendly, and compassionate.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Be able to follow instructions and handle a variety of tasks.
• Have reliable transportation to reach client locations.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, bathing, and dressing.
• Provide feeding, nutrition, and grooming support.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, and incontinence care.
• Prepare meals, cook, and perform light housekeeping.
• Do laundry and change bed linens.
• Assist clients with shopping errands.
• Provide pleasant, supportive companionship.
• Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
