About The Position

TheKey is hiring caregivers to provide one-to-one, in-home care for aging adults in Nine Mile Falls and surrounding areas. The role involves assisting clients with personal care, light housekeeping, transportation, and companionship. Daytime and weekend coverage are especially preferred; short shifts and split shifts may also be available. Full-time and part-time opportunities are offered. Pay is listed at $20–$24 per hour, with weekly pay and optional daily pay. Caregivers receive paid training and support from local management and a 24/7 caregiver support team.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience.
• CNA or HCA certification, or the ability to obtain certification within 120 days of hire.
• CPR certification.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be able to drive clients and have a vehicle, car insurance, and vehicle registration.
• Must comply with state background screening requirements.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Alzheimer’s or dementia experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with dressing, bathing, grooming, and meals.
• Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Drive clients to appointments, run errands, and shop for groceries.
• Provide companionship through games, puzzles, and other activities that offer social and emotional support.
