Full Time Caregiver (AM)
About The Position
Silverado is hiring a compassionate Caregiver to provide hands-on support to residents living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory-impairing conditions. The role combines empathy, reliability, and relationship-building to create meaningful moments and help residents live with dignity and joy in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment. The schedule is full time on the AM shift, with four days on and two days off. The anticipated pay range is $25–$29 USD. Employment offers are contingent on a background check, drug screening, physical, and TB testing if applicable.
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
- Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
- Able to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working around animals and pets.

- Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and dining.
- Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
- Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.
- Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
