About The Position

Silverado Southlake is hiring a full-time Caregiver to provide hands-on support to residents living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory-impairing conditions. The role focuses on compassionate assistance with daily living, relationship-building, and helping residents live with dignity and joy in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment. The schedule is an AM shift, 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, on variable days. The position requires reliable transportation and effective verbal and written English communication. Caregivers should be comfortable working around animals and pets and performing active tasks such as walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds. A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is preferred; relevant care experience is also preferred but not required. Employment offers are contingent on background check, drug screening, physical, and TB testing if applicable.

Requirements

Responsibilities
