About The Position

Silverado Belmont Hills is hiring a Caregiver to provide hands-on support to residents living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory-impairing conditions. The role focuses on compassionate, reliable care and relationship-building that helps residents experience dignity and joy. Caregivers work in a team-focused environment and support residents in a safe, respectful, and engaging setting.

This is a full-time morning-shift position with a schedule of four days on and two days off. The anticipated pay range is $25–$29 USD. Employment offers are contingent on a background check, drug screening, physical, and TB testing if applicable.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort working around animals and pets.

Nice To Haves

• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions; preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and dining.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
