About The Position

Silverado Beverly Place is hiring a full-time Caregiver to provide hands-on support to residents living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory-impairing conditions. The role emphasizes empathy, reliability, patience, integrity, and relationship-building in a team-focused environment, helping residents live with dignity and joy.

The schedule is an AM shift, four days on and two days off, from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The anticipated pay range is $20–$23 USD. Employment offers are contingent on a background check, drug screening, physical, and TB testing if applicable. Silverado uses E-Verify to confirm work authorization.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Able to perform an active role involving walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent.
• Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and dining.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.
• Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
