About The Position

New Horizons In-Home Care is hiring Caregivers to support older adults, people with disabilities, and medically fragile children in their homes and communities. The role is open to entry-level applicants and experienced Caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, PSWs, and DSPs. No prior experience is needed; paid training is provided.

Pay is $21–$25 per hour, based on shift differentials. Full-time and part-time roles are available, with flexible scheduling and client-caregiver matching. Most shifts are four hours and are available between 9 AM and 6 PM. Employees can contact the scheduling team 24/7 about their schedules.
