About The Position

New Horizons In-Home Care is hiring caregivers to support older adults who need help at home, seniors who wish to continue living independently, people with disabilities, and medically fragile children. The role welcomes both entry-level applicants and experienced caregivers, including CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, PSWs, and DSPs. No prior experience is required; paid training is provided.

Caregivers provide companionship and practical support, including errands and transportation, meal preparation, assistance with healthcare needs, personal care, and medication management. DSP opportunities involve supporting people with developmental disabilities.

The position offers $21–$25 per hour, with pay based on shift differentials. Most shifts are four hours and are available between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Both full-time and part-time schedules are available, with flexible scheduling and client matching based on availability, comfort, and interests. Scheduling support is available 24/7.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• No prior experience is required; paid training is provided.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PSW, or DSP is welcomed.
