Part Time Caregivers for Scottsdale
About The Position
VOSH is seeking experienced, dependable caregivers for part-time morning and day shifts, particularly in Scottsdale, with clients also located in Phoenix and surrounding communities. Caregivers provide one-on-one in-home care to help seniors live more comfortably and independently, and may transport clients when needed. The role offers flexible scheduling and the potential for regular, ongoing client assignments. Some client locations may offer higher hourly pay. A $5 gas stipend per shift is available when gas prices reach a specified weekly threshold. VOSH has served local families for more than 16 years and describes its team as committed, compassionate, professional, reputable, and growth-oriented. The organization operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Current opportunities may include morning shifts from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM and day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Evening or weekend availability is helpful, and willingness to travel to different client locations and accommodate varied schedules may increase access to shifts.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of personal or professional caregiving experience.
- Access to a reliable vehicle for travel to and from client homes and for transporting clients when needed.
- Current TB clearance.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English clearly.
- Willingness to travel 20 or more miles each way when needed.
- A dependable, caring, and professional approach to client care.
