About The Position

VOSH is hiring part-time caregivers to provide in-home care to seniors throughout Phoenix and nearby communities. Caregivers provide one-on-one support that helps clients live more safely, comfortably, and independently at home. The role may include morning or daytime assignments, with potential for ongoing client shifts. Caregivers may need to travel to different client locations, including more than 20 miles each way, and transport clients when needed. Additional availability, including some evenings or weekends, may open up more opportunities. Some client locations may offer higher hourly pay, and a $5 gas stipend per shift may be available when gas prices reach a specified weekly threshold.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of personal or professional caregiving experience.
• Current TB clearance.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Access to a reliable vehicle for travel to client homes and transporting clients when needed.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English clearly.
• Willingness to travel 20 or more miles each way when needed.
• A caring, patient, dependable, and professional approach to client care.

• Willingness to travel to different client locations and accommodate a variety of schedules.
