About The Position

VOSH is hiring compassionate, dependable, and experienced caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care to seniors in Phoenix, Arizona, and surrounding communities. The position offers part-time morning and daytime assignments, with potential for regular, ongoing client shifts based on availability. Caregivers may travel between client locations and may transport clients when needed. Some client locations may offer higher hourly compensation, and a $5 gas stipend per shift may be available when gas prices reach a specified weekly threshold. VOSH is a local home care company that has served Phoenix-area families for more than 16 years and emphasizes compassionate, professional, dependable care.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of personal or professional caregiving experience.
• Current TB clearance.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Access to a reliable vehicle for travel to client homes and transporting clients when needed.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English clearly.
• Willingness to travel 20 or more miles each way when needed.
• A caring, patient, dependable, and professional approach to client care.

Nice To Haves

• Availability for additional days, some evenings, or weekends.
• Willingness to travel to different client locations and accommodate a variety of schedules.
