About The Position

VOSH is hiring experienced, certified caregivers to provide personalized in-home care to seniors in Scottsdale and surrounding communities. The role offers full-time daytime assignments, including potential morning shifts from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM and day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Caregivers provide one-on-one support, build meaningful relationships with clients, and help them maintain quality of life at home. VOSH serves clients 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Availability for additional days, weekends, and occasional evening shifts is a plus and may provide access to more assignments. Work may involve travel to client homes and transporting clients when needed. Some client locations may offer higher hourly compensation, and a $5 gas stipend per shift may be available when gas prices reach a specified weekly threshold.

Requirements

• Current applicable caregiver certification.
• At least 6 months of personal or professional caregiving experience.
• Current TB clearance.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Valid driver's license and current car insurance.
• Access to a reliable vehicle for traveling to client homes and transporting clients when needed.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English clearly.
• Willingness to travel 20 or more miles each way when needed.
• Dependable, compassionate, patient, and professional approach to client care.
